Debra Mink, president of the firm, brokered the transactions representing the buyer Sunnyvale Corporation N.V.

Mink & Mink Negotiates Office Lease Agreements At Intracoastal

Building In Ft. Lauderdale

 

 

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.  – Mink & Mink, Inc., the Fort Lauderdale commercial real estate services company, recently negotiated one new and two expansion lease agreements totaling 1,961 square feet of office space in the Intracoastal Building at 3000 NE 30th Place in Fort Lauderdale.

Debra Mink, founder and president of the firm, negotiated all three transactions on behalf of the landlord, Sunnyvale Corp., N.V. of Fort Lauderdale.

Federal Bolt and Nut Supply, Inc. leased 642 square feet of office space. Aircraft Charter Solutions, Inc. expanded their office space by leasing an additional suite of 708 square feet. Oceanview Investment Services, Inc. expanded their office space by leasing an additional suite of 611 square feet on the same floor.

Currently, the 43,500 square foot Intracoastal Building is 87 percent leased and average asking base rent is $16.40 per square foot.
